Laverne McKinnon is a Speaker, Career Strategist, and Grief Coach who helps executives, entrepreneurs and creatives navigate transitions, whether embracing a pivot, stepping into leadership, or recovering from career disruption. As a senior entertainment executive, she developed Emmy and Golden Globe nominated series at CBS and EPIX and executive produced Netflix’s GIRLBOSS. She teaches at Northwestern University and mentors through the CAPE Leadership Fellowship.
