With a track record of creating and executing complex brand and marketing strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes, Heather stands out as a creative strategist and collaborative partner to both business and marketing leaders. She has demonstrated expertise in building traction for lesser-known products, services, and brands, accelerating customer adoption, and driving perceived value.

Living in New York City with her adorable labradoodle, Heather is an ardent sports enthusiast with a penchant for cooking. She thrives on introducing innovation within traditional sectors and has a proven history of breaking new ground within large multinational corporations, delivering tangible business results. A staunch advocate of Merity's mission, Heather believes in democratizing access to top-tier coaching and development programs.

About Sandy Sabean:

As an award-winning Creative Director at many highly regarded ad agencies over 20+ years, Sandra co-founded Womenkind in 2008. Recognizing the dearth of female creatives developing communications at the time, Womenkind provided a more diverse and authentic approach to connecting with female consumers.

In 2018, with two other partners, Sandra launched Grit & Soul. A blog highlighting the powerful and inspiring stories of women who have manifested change or transformation in their careers or personal lives. Grit & Soul served as the springboard for the concept and creation of Merity: an online platform for personal development providing access to affordable and flexible tools and coaching.

As a first-generation Italian American, Sandra is a natural foodie, avid cook, and traveler. She also serves on the Board of Trustees at Xavier High School in New York City and splits her time between Manhattan and Sag Harbor, NY.

CONNECT. CREATE. COMMUNICATE.

We help empower women in communications to realize and reach their full potential.
